My friend who has a 99 z71 with a 10in suspension lift is wanting me to make a model of his truck the only thing I am trying to figure out is how to make the lift for the independent suspension. I can make the rear leafs with no problem. I was wondering if any body has done this and migh could help me out thanks in advance

Just follow how the 1:1 lift-kit is made. Most of the time the IFS is lifted with a sub frame, mounting the stock upper and lower A-arms and spindles lower on the frame. Others use a combination subframe and new longer A-arms and/or taller spindles. I don't recall how the Chevy Silverado chassis is molded, but the easiest solution would be to build a subframe (to mount the lower A-arms) and longer spindles. At one point, someone (Perry's resin?) had made a resin front axle assembly for a 4wd conversion, but again it would be in the stock location.
