looks good! Do you use wire in the plastic rod to help bend and keep the bend? Or how do you bend your bars? Thanks!

Jeryd, without the wire the rod springs back... the wire helps keep it where you bent it to. The wire also helps keep the tube from crimping if you bend it into a tight curve. Bending the tubing is so easy that you can do it with your fingers. The way I bend the solid rod is with a high-tech jig I built (two nails about 1/16" apart in a block of wood). I will make time to post a photo or two. John
