I thought I had posted this here before, anyways... I always loved the GC Kurt LeDuc drove for Valvoline/Don-A-Vee racing and once I saw the May 2004 4Wheel and Sport Utility issue featuring the Dan Fresh/Vince Demaio 2005 Baja 1000 class 7s winner, I had to build one. www.4wheeloffroad.com/featuredvehicles/131_0605_baja_1000_1994_jeep_grand_cherokee/index.htmlMy vision is to build a Baja Race capable, rock crawler yet be street legal (in some states anyways). A few more pictures: public.fotki.com/modeljeeper/jeeps/model_jeeps/my_jeeps-1/124th_scale/baja_grand_cherokee/I started this nearly two years ago and haven't got farther than what's shown. I scratchbuilt the long-arm suspension, axles, coil-over shocks, roll-cage and engine cage. Wheels/Tires are from the Tamiya Sports Option Land Cruiser. I'll use BigJeepzz racing seats and fuel cell. Posting this will hopefully get me back to working on this soon. Richard O. modeljeeper

Very nice work so far. The wheels and tires from the Tamiya Land Cruiser look great too. Those coil overs are badass man.
