HEY GUYS NEW ON HERE AND HAVE A CADILLAC ESCALADE THAT I AM SCRATCH BUILDING THE FRAME AND SUSPENSION. ITS GOING GOOD I HAVE THE FRAME THE WAY I WANT AND JUST ABOUT DONE WITH MY FRONT AXLE AND STARTING THE REAR. ENGINE STILL NOT SURE WHAT TO USE. HERE IS WHERE I AM STUCK...... I JUST GOT A SO-REAL K-5 BLAZER FROM EBAY ON A SCRATCH AND DENT SALE. I OPENED THE BOX AND ITS IN MINT CONDITION. HUH NOW I AM TORN ON WEATHER I SHOULD STRIP IT FOR THE PARTS I NEED FOR MY NEXT CADI PROJECT.
WHAT SHOULD I DO FELLAS....................
THE ONLY THING I SEE WHILE LOOKING AT IT WRITING THIS POST IS UNDER THE GRILL THE FILLER PANEL IS PUSHED IN A LITTLE.

I say strip it for the parts you need. If you got a good deal on it, go for it! You will have more pride in the Escalade sitting on your shelf vs. the Blazer you just took out of the box.

YEAH THE MORE I THINK ABOUT IT ITS JUST A DIECAST PEICE ANY WAY I GOT IT FOR 12.00. THE WHEELS ALONE ARE THAT MUCH.

Too bad they don't come with the fifth spare tire/wheel. I took apart a H2 a few years ago for it's parts, but don't have a model to put them on yet.

Hey Abel, how's it goin'? I too found the "Scratch & Dent" items at Trevor's. Sometimes the S & D thing is so miniscule. My Blazer had a broken spindle on the right side. A little super-glue and it was done. The break was so clean you could barely see it after the repair. I can't see the damage either Abel. Josh & mud...you gotta get your fingers behind the wheel and pull. Sometimes pretty hard, which will probably result in some cuts (on the fingers, that is). They will come off though.
